Take a few minutes to count your blessings today but remember to value what really counts! You may not own a house or have a lot of money but if you have a roof over your head, enough to eat, good friends and family you are blessed!
A smile is something that can melt a person’s heart. When you are feeling low or having a bad day a smile from a stranger can lift your spirit instantly. It is a free and easy gift to give generously to the world around you. You may never know what it meant to a stranger in that moment but it could have had a profound effect. Keep smiling!!
Ladies we are equal, we are brave and we can achieve anything! Never settle for less than you deserve. Let us all do something to spoil ourselves today 😀
Accepting yourself as you are flaws and all (we all have them) brings such as sense of freedom. Knowing yourself well enough to know your flaws and to work with them instead of against them brings great strength and wisdom. The best thing I ever did was accept that I am not perfect. I am uniquely me. Love me or hate me it doesn’t matter it is how we see ourselves that truly counts.
The only thing holding us back is our self!
We are all capable of change. Yes it takes time and effort but the rewards are enormous!
Take the leap, make the changes and be who YOU want to be!!
Whatever your beliefs may be the massage is the same and one worth sharing.
Not everything is within our control and not everything can be changed. To recognise this and make peace with it can save us a lot of stress and heartache.
There is great sadness experienced by those who choose not to open their minds or take risks… So many people live in fear and denial happy to let life pass them by… It takes courage to truly live… Be courageous!!
If you want to feel happy, you need to think positively. If you feel down take a minute right now to think of something or someone that makes you happy…
I bet you are smiling and feeling joy right now. Hold on to that thought, embrace that feeling and use that trick when you need a lift.
I believe that being honest with your self is an extremely difficult thing to do. Most of us don’t really want to face our flaws, actions or behaviours. To really truly understand our judgements and motivations can be a painful and unsettling experience. Speaking the truth can sometimes leave us feeling vulnerable as people around us may not understand or agree with where we are coming from. It is important to remember that this is ok; they don’t have too, as long as you are being true to yourself and respectful to others you will grow as a person and cultivate deeper, more intimate relationships.
